• What is involved in the inventory process?
    We start by creating a visual record of the interior and exterior by photograph and video. An inventory list as discussed at consultation is done including (if available) serial and model numbers. Receipts (if furnished) are also scanned. When the process is complete, you will receive a USB with your detailed inventory within a week.
  • What condition does my home have to be in?
    Your home does not have to change in order to document your personal assets.
  • What happens to the information recorded?
    We do not retain any information we collect, therefore we suggest you purchase a back up.
  • What about my privacy?
    Privacy is always a concern when someone enters your home. We understand and are sensitive to our client’s needs. We will take a tour with the client and listen to concerns and issues they may have. Confidentiality is important to us as well as our clients.
